SCARPITTA, Salvatore (1919-2007) - Incident at Rimini, 1980. Philadelphia: Tykler offset workshop at the Tyler school of art, 1980.   A mint copy no. 56 from an edition of 100, signed, dated and numbered in pencil by the artist.   Elephant folio (558 x 430mm). Accordion catalogue with 14 sheets containing a series of photographs by Fulvio Carosi documenting an accident that took place in Rimini during a vintage car race. There is also a composition by Scarpitta from 1979 entitled 'Rallye'. The work is dedicated to the pilot Harold Storz. Produced by S. Scarpitta (Dir.), W. Infield (Prod.), F. Carosi (Camera) and C. Gershwin (Ed.). Publisher's light blue wrappers printed in white.
