[ANTIFONARIO] - Antifonario datato 1530 al colophon.   Manuscript antiphonary on vellum in the early 16th century. The work opens with the "De ventre matris meae vocavit", usually sung on the occasion of the feast of St. John the Baptist (June 24) and ends with the "Beata mater et innupta virgo" recited on the occasion of the feast of the Presentation of Jesus to the Temple (February 2).   Folio (415 x 290mm). 96 leaves, manuscript on vellum, gothic writing on 6 alternating lines with neugmatic signature, initials decorated with foliage in blue and red, initials and incipits in red (slight sporadic original defects of the vellum, sometimes slightly crinkled). Contemporary full calf with blindstamped decorations over wooden boards, in the center of the plates within a geometric gilt frame the initials M.s.s.s.T., metal ties, endpapers that reuse a fragment of a manuscript from the early 15th century of Boethiu’s “De consolatione philosophiae” (without a lace, some wear to spine, some wormholes on covers and other defect).
