A great chess enthusiast, in Modena he met two other great chess players, Giambattista Lolli and Domenico Lorenzo Ponziani.   8vo (157 x 100mm). Engraved frontispiece (probably without final blank, browning, foxing, frontispiece reinforced on verso). Modern cloth with gilt title on spine label. It was not possible to find a collation, our copy is as follows: (1)/8, 2-6/8, 7/8(-7/8).
