The second part of the work contains the index, while the first contains a whole series of texts: Tractatus de maleficiis par Alberto da Gandino (pp. 3-294), Tractatus de maleficiis par Bonifacio Vitalini (pp. 295-578), De relaxatione carceratorum suivi de De quæstionibus et torture par Paolo Grillandi (pp. 579-648), De quaestionibus et tormentis par Baldo Perigli (pp. 649-658), and in finte De quaestionibus par Jacopo d'Arena (pp. 659-663 ). SBN describes the two parts as part of a larger work in 3 parts, but it doesn't then describe the first part (IT\ICCU\RLZE\003192).   2 parts in one volume, 8vo (154 x 106mm). Printer's devices on titles, woodcut initials (a little browned, some small tears, slight stains, some leaves slightly sticking together). Modern vellum (bowed).
