In response to great public demand, the work was reprinted in six editions in the 18 months following its first publication and was translated into most European languages.   An excellent copy in contemporary boards and uncut of this pirated edition.   8vo (172 x 120mm). Woodcut device on title, woodcut headpiece and initial on second leaf (some light foxing and a light dampstain to upper corner of the final leaves). Contemporary boards, manuscript title on spine, uncut (minimal stains and traces of the light dampstain in the upper corner of the final leaves).
