The oeuvre includes several paintings and sculptures by European masters and artifacts from classical antiquity.   2 volumes only (of 4), elephant folio (561 x 385mm). Engraved coat of arms of the dedicatee, Emperor Leopold II, on title, 153 (of 200) engraved plates protected by tissue paper (lacking title, some restored tears, sometimes large, and reinforcements including on title, foxing). Contemporary red half leather over decorated paper plates, title on spine (rubbed, scuffed and somewhat worn). Provenance: G. Botta (bookplate on titles and stamps).
