Frontispiece with portrait of the dedicatee in an architectural border, portrait of the Dedicatee engraved by Morghen, 6 full-page engraved plates by Bianchi of which 3 after Antonio Magri, 69 headpieces, 41 initials, 42 cul-de-lamps and 16 frames engraved by Bossi. Contemporary red morocco decorated in gilt on covers, on spine and edges, blue silk endpapers (extremities lightly rubbed). Provenance: Calvin Bullock (1867-1944; bookplate).
