Printer's device on title, woodcut initials, woodcut illustrations (light small stains and soiling on title, light waterstain at lower margin, small wormhole at lower margin from gathering o, browning, spotting). Later boards, manuscript title on spine, author's name on lower edge, gilt edges, preserved within modern paper box (light rubbing and soiling, loose sewing). Provenance: some contemporary annotations and underlining - early ownership inscription at title - Lucatello (part of label on endpaper).
