Aeschines pronounced his oration against Ctesiphon who wanted to reward Demosthenes with a crown for the services rendered to the city. Demosthenes then formulated a speech in his defense, the renowned oration "For Ctesiphon, on the crown".   8vo (145 x 96mm).
