Dieppe manufacture, 19th century. "Angel playing drum" ivory sculpture on fluted column decorated with rosebuds and leafy scrolls, on square pedestal with beaded profile and turned feet. In the drum there is a clock with a white enamel dial signed "J..ques Gudin, Paris" with Roman numerals for hours and Arabic numerals for minutes. Two-train moviment with hour chime on bell.
