Both locations will be exceptionally open on: Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 December (10:00 AM–1:00 PM and 1:30 PM–5:00 PM), for the payment and collection of lots purchased in the recent auctions of Stamps, 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures, Decorative Arts of the 20th Century and Design.
All lots are sold ‘as is’ together with appended documents (warranties, certificates, appraisals and authentications). The condition report is provided to help analyse the condition of the lot, but it's for indicative purposes only. The condition report is not exhaustive in an absolute sense and may not in fact report all possible defects, restorations, alterations or adaptations, as Il Ponte Casa D'Aste is not a technical laboratory, nor a professional conservator or restorer. The condition report is and remains a statement of a purely subjective opinion, however qualified, of Il Ponte Casa D'Aste. For these reasons, any condition report does not constitute an alternative to specialized professional advice, and consequently IL PONTE CASA D'ASTE and its experts cannot be held in any way responsible for such information. It is therefore recommended that potential buyers inspect, or have a trusted advisor inspect, the lot of interest prior to the sale.
