For lovers of jewellery and precious objects in all their forms, the catalogue of the auction that will take place at Palazzo Crivelli on the 2nd and 3rd December 2021 will be full of rare and top-quality pieces.

From the famous Fabergé maison, there are two unique table clocks, both made between 1899 and 1903, by the goldsmith Mikhail Perkhin: one has a peculiar triangular shape (lot 130, estimate € 65,000 - 80,000), the other one is finished with a sunburst of delicate ribbons and laurel branches (lot 132, estimate € 55,000 - 70,000). The homage to one of the most significant periods of the goldsmith's art, the one between the 19th and the 20th century, continues with a rare yellow gold cup (lot 128, estimate € 57,000 - 65,000) signed by the English Hunt & Roskell, an enchanting music box (lot 131, estimate € 26,000 - 29,000) and a yellow gold and silver tiara centrepiece (lot 95, estimate € 13.000 - 15.000) by the jeweller Musy from Turin, known for his connections with the Royal House of Savoy.

a circular white enamel dial with Arabic numbers and gold openwork hands within
a seed-pearl bezel stands over a white enamel and gilt silver sunburst pattern background
with bi-colour gold ribbon tied laurel sprays and red enamel berries,
ivory backboard with a scroll shaped support, g 328.51 circa, length cm 9.40 circa.

Lot 131_Yellow gold engraved singing bird musical box with small pearls on the floral cover
that hides a true coloured feather whistling bird, winding key inside hidden compartment,
cm 7.2x4.8x2.4 circa, g 206.45 circa. French hallmark.

The history of jewellery is also narrated by several rings of antique manufacture which, always starting from the end of the 19th century, touch iconic dates in styles such as the markedly Art Nouveau lines of the ring with three oval rubies of 1925 (lot 99, estimate € 6,500 - 7,500), or the geometric volumes of the Bulgari ring with two round diamonds and a step-cut emerald of 1930 (lot 70, estimate € 8,500 - 10,000).

Synonyms of precious jewellery are the diamond and ruby bracelet by Lacloche Frères (lot 121, estimate € 85,000 - 95,000) provided with accessories that allow you to wear it "en bandeau" or as "collier de chien" and the flower brooch (lot 127, estimate € 13,000 - 15,000) by Pierre Sterlé. Many gems of excellent origin and carat: numerous sapphires come from Sri Lanka, including an oval sapphire of ct. 32,66 (lot 123, estimate € 70,000 - 90,000), from Burma sapphires and rubies, from Colombia the splendid emeralds, while a round diamond of ct. 8,13 (lot 118, estimate € 32,000 - 42,000) is representative of the many at auction.

Lot 118_Platinum ring with baguette diamonds encircling a ct. 8.13 round diamond
combined with another modern yellow gold six pointed setting, in all g 25.08 circa size 6/46. 17/57.

Unique are the collection of nineteen cameos (lot 42, € 3,200 - 3,600) of various periods and the necklace made up of seventeen graduated orange coral cameos (lot 41, € 2,200 - 2,500). Among corals, particularly remarkable is a boules necklace that stands out for the intensity of its red colour (lot 50, estimate € 2,500 - 3,000), while a more contemporary design is represented by signatures like by Buccellati, Cartier, Pomellato, Tiffany and Van Cleef - Arpels




Lot 42_Consisting of nineteen variously coloured agate and shell cameos,
three biscuit porcelain two of which are double sided and three carnelian intaglios,
all depicting neoclassical subjects, some are not mounted while others are mounted in gold in the form of a ring,
brooches and pins, one with metal details, in all g 100.60 circa. (defects and losses)
