A copy that is not excessively browned and in good condition, lacking only the portrait of the Pope.   Folio (387 x 248mm). Engraved frontispiece by Romeyn de Hooghe, woodcut vignette on title, 24 plates (of 25 as per index) of which many are double-page and including the large folding plan of Villa Adriana with a dedication to Cardinal Francesco Barberini, numerous engraved illustrations; the plates are present as per the index although other copies on the market sometimes contain a different number (lacking portrait of Pope Clement X, a bit browned but never heavily, some creasing to the folding plan). Contemporary calf, spine decorated in gilt, red speckled edges (weak joints, extremities rubbed).
