Roma: Domenico Antonio Ercole, 1721.   A lot consisting of two historical works dealing with the ancient kingdom of the Volsci and the illustrious men who were born there, composed by the historian Antonio Ricchi. Both volumes in contemporary vellum with manuscript titles on spine and coloured edges (light rubbing).   2 works in 2 volumes, 4to. The first with woodcut initials (browning). The second with woodcut coat of arms of the dedicatee on title, woodcut headpieces and initials, woodcut illustrations, a woodcut table folded several times; it was not possible to find a collation for this second work, our copy is as follows: a-c4 A-Z4 2A-2K4 2L2 2M2 (-2M2) 2N4 (-2N4) 2O4-2T4 2V2(-2V2) (marginal tear restored in 2D4, browning).
