A collection of laws with special attention to aspects relating to marriage.   Folio (328 x 235mm). Printer's device on title, text in Hebrew, some woodcut initials and a large decorated headpiece (some light dampstaining, browning and spotting, occasionally slightly trimmed). 18th-century speckled edges with gilt decorated spine, red speckled edges (light rubbing and wear). Provenance: some early ownership inscriptions on title and at end in Hebrew and Italian and a few cancellations in text; among the notes one dated to 1582 and one 1597 - Moise Debenedetti? (early ownership inscription).
