The engravings are the result of her many excursions in the Roman countryside, during which she made hundreds of drawings; thanks to the material collected, she published this work once she returned to her homeland.   4to (270 x 205mm). Map of the Roman countryside as frontispiece, and 20 other etchings protected by tissue paper (browning, spotting, rubbing at title and leaf π² not touching text, marginal restorations at final leaf).
