Title within an elaborate woodcut border with printer's device, many woodcuts illustrating the clothing of the time, woodcut devices and frames (lacking leaves from 3M7, small wormtrack at the inner margin of gatherings H-L, browning, soiling, waterstains, tear on B6 touching text, ink stain on 2F4V, 2M1 paper detached but present, loose gatherings T-V).
