Parigi: Henri Plon, 1859.   An extraordinary lot containing both the volume of text in editorial wrappers printed in black and in perfect condition, and the two large format lithographic maps of Sicily which are difficult to find on the market together with the text. One of the maps has the toponyms in Arabic according to the indications drawn by Edrisi and other Arab travelers of the Middle Ages in Sicily.   2 maps of Sicily (648 x 866mm) and text volume in 4to, (275 x 222mm). Excellent state of conservation (some minimal marginal stains far from the engraving). (3)
