Venice-Paris: Desaint, 1769.   This is the complete atlas volume of 36 engraved plates which is often not included with the 8-volume edition of the work "Voyage d'un François en Italie fait dans les années 1765 et 1766". In addition to numerous double-page maps of the Italian cities visited by the author, there are also monuments, views and a folding map of a part of the Italian peninsula.   Folio (285 x 225mm). 36 engraved plates mostly double-page (browning, repaired tear that does not touch engraving "I of volume VII", a few light spotting and soiling). Contemporary quarter calf, gilt decorations and title on spine (rebacked preserving part of the original spine, some rubbing).
