Printer's device on title, woodcut headpieces and initials (browning, light foxing, waterstain and very tiny wormhole to margin of the first two leaves, small restoration on the title's verso). Contemporary vellum, manuscript title on spine (front cover and spine detached from textblock, some rubbing to extremities and light stains).
