Rome: Giovanni Giacomo De Rossi, 1665-67.   First two volumes only of the fascinating collection of views of Rome finely engraved by Falda. Two engraved titles, two engraved plates of dedication, 48 engraved plates (foxing, light browning, occasional soiling, light waterstain to upper margin). Contemporary calf, gilt decorations on spine, gilt decorated dentelle, marbled endpapers (rubbing and chipping especially at joints and spine ends).
